Phishing scams impersonating IRS
I have seen a large increase in the number of clients and associates who have received phony emails and phone calls from persons claiming to be from the IRS and demanding personal information. Warning: do not give out personal information over the phone to a stranger no matter who they pretend to be. If you have received a suspicious email, you can report it to phishing@irs.gov For more information about various tax scams you can go to IRS.gov and look under help & resources for more information.
Thank you for the auspicious writeup. By the way, how could we keep up a correspondence?|
