Since I posted a couple of months ago about Rubio’s tax plan, I thought I would post on Clinton’s plan that she was set to reveal in a major economic speech this morning.  Unfortunately, I couldn’t find her tax plan in the speech.  She bashed Republicans, criticized evil international corporations who make money in other countries avoiding US taxes, and spoke of fairness and equality.  She did say she wanted to change the tax code to encourage profit sharing.  Provisions already exist in the tax code providing for corporate profit sharing with employees.  She did not elaborate on what changes she would propose.  Here is a quote from her speech  “I believe we have to build a growth-and-fairness economy. You can’t have one without the other,”  If you can find a tax plan in her speech, let me know.  I will follow up to see if any details come out in later speeches.
